Call Assist listens along on inbound, outbound and kitchen-table sales. It fills in your client's info as they talk, runs all your carriers' quotes in under a minute, and gets the application started, so you can focus on the person in front of you.
After the call, it keeps working. Every sale saves itself to your Book of Business and your phone contacts, and welcome, missed-payment, birthday and holiday texts go out from your own number.

Real Call Assist screen from a scripted demo call. Sample client and SAMPLE quotes, not real people or real premiums.

Click Start call and Call Assist transcribes both sides of the conversation in real time. Name, birthday, state, height and weight, health, meds, coverage and beneficiary land in Client Information on their own.

Working a lead list? Call Assist keeps up with you call after call: a running summary with action items, rapport tips from the client's town and life, and a clean reset for the next dial.
No rip-and-replace. Call Assist runs on your own Windows PC next to the tools you already use.
Captures your headset mic and call audio straight from the PC, so it works with whatever you're dialing on.
A Chrome extension can pull the transcript and lead details from your browser-based CRM and dialer screen.
Your carrier portals open right inside the dashboard. Watch the e-app fill, click in to take over, or pop it out.
On a laptop at the kitchen table, it listens to the room just like it listens to a call.
Keep your eyes on the family, not the keyboard. Talk naturally while Call Assist builds the file, lines up quotes side by side, and pre-fills the carrier application for you to review.

As soon as it hears age, gender and state, Call Assist runs the carriers you picked, ranks them by premium at three coverage amounts, and shows plan and underwriting class. Pick one and click Proceed.

When you mark a sale Sold, the client's details are saved to your own Clients folder on your PC. Next time, for a spouse, a second policy or a replacement, the info is already there.
Every sale goes into a Call Assist Book of Business Google Sheet in your own Google Drive. Call Assist creates it when you connect Google and keeps an Excel copy on your PC. From there, it watches each policy and sends the right text at the right time.

Name, phone, state, birth date, the carrier you sold, face amount and the premium you quoted go into a new row. A one-line call recap and next step go in Notes. No typing.
The client is added to your Google Contacts with the sale date in the name, so they show up on any phone signed in to that Google account. Numbers on a contact you already have are never replaced.
Android: pair Google Messages for Web once, and the welcome text goes out from your own number, then Call Assist checks it was sent. iPhone: Apple doesn't let a PC send texts, so you scan a QR code and the text is ready. Tap Send.
Once a day Call Assist reads your book in the carrier portals you're signed in to (Americo, Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica, Corebridge). It adds in-force policies it finds, even ones written without Call Assist, and notes status changes. It only reads the portals, and your edits are never overwritten. Stages run from Submitted and Issued to In-force, Missed payment, Pending lapse and Canceled.
When a payment doesn't clear or a policy goes pending lapse, the client gets a text and an email once, on a weekday morning. In the last week before a known lapse date, one final notice goes out. If a policy lapses for nonpayment, a "what happened?" message goes out once. On a child's policy, the message goes to the parent who owns it.
Issued and in-force clients get birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year texts, once each. The Send history tab logs every text and email, so no client gets the same message twice, and a one-word search finds any client.
Each morning, after the automatic texts go out, you get a short summary: who got a welcome, missed payment, lapse, birthday or holiday text, what is held for your review, new or changed policies from the carrier check, and your re-write prospects. It is always on the Today button in Call Assist. It is emailed to you once Gmail sending is set up, and you can have it texted to your phone too. Clients show as first name and last initial. Turn it off in Agent settings.
When a policy lapses or is canceled, including ones the carrier check finds, Call Assist tags it Re-write prospect in the Notes column of your book. After the one-time lapse or cancel notice, those clients get no automatic texts or emails, so the next call is yours. See the count on the Today button or filter your Sheet by the tag. To clear one, change the tag to "Re-write prospect: cleared".
Automatic texts are sent through Google Messages on Android. On iPhone, Call Assist prepares each text for you to send. Optional texting rules: client consent, STOP replies honored, quiet hours in the client's time zone, and a daily cap. The book never stores Social Security numbers, driver's license, bank or routing numbers, or health details.
